All services are performed using professional products and techniques; however, results may vary depending on the age, condition, and previous treatment of the vehicle.

Bookings

Bookings may be made through our website, phone, email, or other contact methods.

By booking a service, you agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and the condition of the vehicle. Additional charges may apply if the vehicle is significantly dirtier than described.

Access to Vehicle

Customers must provide safe access to the vehicle and sufficient space for the service to be performed.

Where required, access to power and water may be requested depending on the service being performed.

We reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if safe working conditions are not available.

Pricing

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Level of contamination

  • Additional services requested

Customers will be informed of any price adjustments before work begins.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance where possible.

Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings.

Damage and Liability

While we take great care when working on vehicles, we are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Worn, damaged, or poorly maintained surfaces

  • Electrical issues or faults unrelated to our work

Any concerns must be reported immediately during or after the service.

Service & Booking Policy

Vehicle Condition

Service pricing assumes a vehicle in average condition.

Vehicles with excessive dirt, heavy pet hair, mould, biohazards, or severe staining may require additional time and may incur an additional charge.

Customers will be notified before any additional work is performed.

Personal Belongings

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to the service.

We are not responsible for items left inside the vehicle.

Weather Conditions

As a mobile service provider, some services may need to be rescheduled due to adverse weather conditions such as heavy rain or extreme heat.

Customers will be contacted if rescheduling is required.

Service Results

While we aim to achieve the best possible results, some stains, scratches, or damage may be permanent and cannot be completely removed.

Odour Removal

Odour removal treatments, including ozone treatments, significantly reduce odours but cannot guarantee complete elimination in all cases, especially where odours have penetrated deep materials.

Payment

Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank transfer

  • Other payment methods specified at booking

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if:

  • The vehicle condition poses health or safety risks

  • Unsafe working conditions are present

  • The customer fails to provide accurate information about the service requested
